HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDERS
All orders must be done so in writing, either by fax or email. We would kindly ask that your company name, contact details and unique accountreference are clearly marked on the order. Please always quote Part code, Description and Quantity.

PRO-FORMA ORDERS
A limit of 5 pro-forma orders can be placed with us at any one time. We reserve the right to charge a £15 handling fee per pro-forma order that is subsequently cancelled.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
All requests must be done so in writing either by fax or email. We reserve the right to refuse the request, particularly if the product is a ‘non stock’/ special order or a manufactured item.

RETURNS GUIDE
All claims must be made within 10 working days of receiving the goods. We will acknowledge your claim with a unique returns number, which should be quoted at all times in any further correspondence. Any goods that need to be returned to us must be done so within 1 month of reporting the claim and the packaging must be at an appropriate standard to withstand transit. A 10% handling charge and £30 uplift fee will be implemented in the event that a customer has ordered incorrectly and no longer wants the goods.

Vertical Blind Fabric Cut Length
All fabrics are charged at standard price + 10% • Add £1.00 per cut length. Minimum 10 metres per cut length

Roller Blind Cut Length
All fabrics are charged at standard price • Add £3.00 per cut length. Minimum 1 metre per cut length Screen Fabrics Add £5.00 per cut length. Minimum 1 metre per cut length

CREDIT TERMS
Payment must be received net 30th day month ending of the date of invoice

DELIVERY
- UK Free delivery on orders over £750
- S Ireland Free delivery on orders over €1500
- Export All orders are ex works Global. Transport will be charged at cost.
